I booked a flat in Max Sannidhi Project Last year with the MaxWorth Realty Builder , Its been One year there is no clues of work starting till date. And When called I am told the work will start in 10 days and 12 months completed till date not even a brick is placed in the site area, I would like to get my booking amount refunded back(2,00,000) with the interest amount and rent which I paid for 1 year which will sum upto (3,60,000) Lakhs.

I need my money back with Interest of 2% per month + Rent amount I wasted for this one year trusting they would provide me the flat, If I wait further I may have to pay more 2 years rent till they complete the project.
