I had purchased Samsung Mobile Phone Model Galaxy S4 I9500 in May 2014. Suddenly its screen went blank on 19-01-2015. When I took the handset for repair at its service center Yash Enterprises at Indore, they opened the phone and told me that its screen connector have caught water and hence its not working. It was a very funny reply to safeguard themselves as no other part of the handset was water caught except the screen. How is it possible? They have asked me charges of Rs. 7200.00 for replacing the screen which is under warranty.

My phone must be immediately replaced by new phone. Also I should get compensation of Rs. 8999/- which I had to spend to purchase a new phone.
