Sir, I had purchase a Maxx Smart Charger (S.N. 153826 Model No. PBS-26-2600mAh) on dt. 8 May 2014, but from one month the charger is not working or dead ( not charging my mobile)for this problem I visited Reliable Sales & Service at Shop No:15, First Floor Jayant Complex Damle Chowk Ramdas Peth, near Syndicate Bank Akola-444003, as mention in your web-site. but It is surprising for me that Mr. Qaiser Shaikh owner of this service center told me that they are not related with Maxx mobile, and not having this service center of this company. The address published on the website is fake.Then i tried to contact on Customer Care No. : 1860 233 4444 & Tel : 022-33662222 and registered complaint, but till to date they cannot solve my problem. Please help me and please save innocent consumer from co. like maxx, who could not provide service to their product. All the Email record and telephonic talk recording available
