Aquaguard Reviva – AMC negligence / Deficiency in service

I have an Aquaguard Reviva – Reverse Osmosis ( RO) Water Purification System, in the name of my wife Mrs. Rajeshwari , at my residence from Eureka Forbes company, for which we have given an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) to them for Rs. 7430/- vide their Service Contract Receipt No. 10 – 22335448 dt. 13.7.2013, for the period from 26.7.13 to 25.7.15, through their authorized dealer/franchise M/s Ess Bee Enterprises, 8A, Pocket-C, SFS Mayur Vihar-3, Delhi-110096. On 16.9.14, I called the dealer Tel. no. 22610132 ( which seems linked to their centralized complaint center) and lodged a complaint ( No. 78193829 )of water leakage from the water tank of the RO Unit which was attended by their Technician Mr. Rajan on 17.9.14 but just after his exit , the leakage continued, besides rusting the iron stand and spoiling the floor. He was informed on his mob. 9311541xxx and he visited on 19.9.14. However,the water leakage still continue. On 18.9.14, complaint was also lodged online on Eureka Forbes website( complaint no. 0078230649 ) and again on 20.9.14 ( No. 78259812 ). Company does not seem to have conducted themselves responsibly and fairly, despite AMC, resulting in gross negligence and deficiency in service. Since the company don’t have a Toll free Tel./Mob. Number for the complaints, it cost quite dearly on customers to call them frequently. I request you to kindly use your good offices to impress upon the company to send a sr. technician to inspect the unit and set the leakage/ defect right quickly and reasonably.
