My galaxy core model GT-I8262 had complaint of getting hang and display getting dull(sometimes). I gave the phone to authorised service centre M/s QUALITY SERVICES, Behind Manorama, Kottayam Dist., Kerala state for rectifying the problem on 18/08/2014. They said that the PCB and display need to be replaced to rectify the trouble and it will take 7 to 8 days for spare parts arrival. After 4 weeks I went to their service centre and told them that if they can’t rectify the complaint then give it back and I’ll give to some other service centre. They returned the set and I noticed that the back cover and side are broken and they put a defective display on my phone. I talked with their owner Mr. Binu (Ph:9447946355). He promised that he will rectify the problems by 18/09/2014. Now they are saying parts are not available. I am deeply dissapointed in the service provided.

Either replacement or refund
