Mahindra First Choice – Refused to provide service

I have bought a used Honda city ivtec car from Mahindra First Choice. Car make year is 2009. at the time of purchase mahindra staff told me that car is certified from Mahindra & run only 57000 Km. till date as shown in meter. On April 14, 2014 I had decided to bought this car by paying sum of Rs. 480000/- Mahindra first choice also given car warranty of 1 year. After one month i start facing tuning issue in car, I went to mahindra but they refused to provide any kind of service as they committed earlier. Then I went to Honda Service center. The Honda service staff hold me that this car was serviced at Honda Service center at 66000 Kms in Nov 2012. I was shocked and feel cheated. How can Mahindra First Choice cheat someone like this they have given me in writing that car was run only 57000 Kms till 14th April 2014, while it was serviced at 66000 Kms in Nov 2012. I asked them Mahindra certificate of certified car they also refuse to give it to me. I also come to know at Honda Service Center that Car battery is not that of Honda but it was of Santro. I many time visited Mahindra First choice & lodged complaint to their customer care, send mail to help desk but nothing done till date. Car Registration No. is DL3CBA4742

I just want replacement of this car & nothing. Its a clear fraud & told me Car was run only 57000 till 14th April 2014, but it was serviced by Honda at 66000 in Nov 2012. I did not bought a car which was run over 1lac Kms. Car Registration No. is DL3CBA4742
