Airtel – Delay in sim activation

Dear Team, I have got my mobile SIM changed since it got nonfunctional/corrupt at Sector 6 Airoli Navi Mumbai Airtel Centre on around August 2.I started getting messages to submit my documents like photo,id etc.Whereas I have already submitted that without that I could not have got my SIM replaced. I emailed all this to Airtel emailid’s several of them nodalofficer.mumbai@in.airtel.com, net@in.airtel.com, appellate.pb@airtel.in, 121@airtelindia.com, vashi.arcairtelworld.com, ombudsman@bharati.in. But of no use.I have also sent all required id,residence proof and photo through my registered email id.I got a call on around 25th August from Delhi Corporate office. Delhi office said They can’t accept documents through email. I have to resubmit all documents physically, but they can allot me same number in my wife’s name she can submit her proof at Airoli centre. When id proof ect was submitted I waited for my number to activate but it did not. I again called up at delhi office. The lady named pooja now told me that your Wife has to go upto Vashi ARC herself to submit documents.But when she visted Vashi ARC they did not accepted papers from her and asked her to leave office. Atlast I am still waiting for my mobile to start.

As of now If my mobile starts that is the relief for me.Although I and my wife has spent lot of time and money to get this issue resolved.Being a lady my wife has made all efforts to get this done.
