Vodafone – Charging monthly bill On Non Activated Connection

Mobile Number requested from Postpaid to Prepaid, which is pending from 2 months. Document submitted at Vodafone store Okhla, went missing by Vodafone staff. Bill also paid in advance before the bill cycle, even though the connection changed to pre-paid Vodafone charging monthly postpaid bill. Till date connection not activated, every time the store people as well as customer care says that there is some technical issue and connection shall be resumed shortly.

In-spite of my heavy financial losses I just request the concerned officials to look after the case and consider it on priority basis. It would be very helpful to me ii I get compensated for the mental as well as time wastage resulted out of this problem.
