I Havepurchased LAVA IRIS504Q during 11th Oct 2013. My Mobile No. is. 9619435xxx IMEI/ Serial No. 911321250370135. Mobile is under warranty period. One month back it has developed touch problem. I am staying in Chembur, Mumbai. I have searched for authorized service center and to my surprise there is no proper service center with all facilities for LAVA. Finally people have been told to give the mobile to AUROMA Store, Ghatkopar (E) who is authorized repair/service center for LAVA mobiles. I have given my mobile for repair on 30.08.2014. Even after 22 days I have not yet got my mobile back after repair. I am not able to contact the person of M/S. AUroma store and Person is not picking up the phone. Some times if he picks up the phone he is not giving proper response. He is giving erratic answer like we have check, spare is not available, we have to check about warranty etc without giving proper reply about the status and when phone will be available. I have written nearly five times to M/S. Lava customer care regarding the same. But i am not getting any fruitful answer. The AROMA store number is 9702145777 and address is : building no:185/5040, opposite to shivaji technical school, pant nagar, Ghatkopar east, Mumbai-40007 Lava customer care is not at all providing proper customer support and my initiative to resolve this issue through LAVA mobile, Noida is also not yielding proper result. LAVA is not providing proper reply to my complaint mails My complaint ticket no to LAVA customer care is C_42070 Lava is providing such careless customer service. They are taking nearly three weeks to repair a phone which is under warranty period. Requested to intervene and resolve the issue. Such irresponsible company should pay penalty for the kind of careless attitude & wastage of customer time
Immediate Repair / replacement of faulty part or entire LAVA iris 504Q mobile. Penalty for the Wrong handling/irresponsible answers of service center person / Penalty for all my mental tensions and wastage of my precious time
