My order number was 3978169, in which i ordered 4 slippers and i have got 3 of them and the remaining one should be refunded in my account as soon as i got to know that they will be refunding the amount of the undelivered product , i mailed then that please don’t refund the amount in the account which i used for the payment because i have requested the bank to close the account and it was in the process . therefore i communicated the same to them . But then also they refunded the amount in the same account and when after few days i tracked about the amount the fashion and you people said that they refunded the amount on 18th July but i have not got the amount in the account and then i contacted in the branch where my account was existing and there also they said that the account was closed on 10th july so the amount would have refunded in the fashion and you account . But still the matter has not resolved and i dont kno where is my amount flown and the fashion and you people are not responding to my mails even and i dont trust them because i have not verified their account . I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as you can
