Dear Sir, 1) I have already submitted the Passport Application at PSK, Guwahati on date: 28/10/2013 and my file no. is GU1067336329013 2) Police Verification have sent from Kahilipara, Guwahati on dated: 05.12.2013 and the document no. is SB-IX/5/113/(SLC)pt/XIX/2013/91 dtd- 05/12/2013. 3) Local & SP Police Verification also sent from Silchar Sp office on dated: 27.03.2014 and the Document No.is DSB/SLC/RTCS/3189 dtd- 27/03/2014 4) and I have already visited to RPO office due to pending for Physical Police verification, there after the RPO official staff guide me that your passport document processing has completed, So your passport is issuing shortly as soon as possible. Now-a-day, i have not received any passport from last three month. so what i do? Please help me AND to taken needful action on the behalf of my request.
