I’m writing this mail to the telecom Ministry because am suffering from MTNL connection due to Cable Fault problem in my area Ranjit Nagar, New delhi -8. My Office telephone nos are 011-25705587, 25705588, 25700154, 25707082. The problem is persisting since 25th of October.2013 .due to MCD work, the cable has been cutted. BSNL Broadband Complaints
Please note our complaint for the Landline No.-(07232)246115 having broadband problem from last 10-12 days. There was no due payment from our side, all bills are cleared but broadband connection is totally off. Due to broadband we have been face too much problem in our official work so pl.take necessary action urgently & solve the problem. Urgent action is requested.
