Vodafone Mobile Billing Issues – A Review by Customer

Hi This is Kshitij Kumar Prasad I am from pune and using Vodafone postpaid card. Mobile No. is 9049375642. I am using this Number from last 14 Months and from that time I am very regular in paying bill. In month of June I got a call from Vodafone call center saying that you are lucky to get add-on connection, so Vodafone call center lady told me to grab the plan. but i didn’t get the plan and I said no to her. After couple of days I got another call saying that you are lucky to win the add on connection so I decided to take for the same. she told me that you will get same plan which you are using now. ”The Silver Plan” the rate will be 249/- Rupees. in that plan (Vodafone to Vodafone will be 0.10, Ps., Vodafone to other mobile 0.30 PS. Vodafone to Land line will be 0.40 Ps. , Vodafone to S.T.D will be 0.50.Ps., 400 SMS will be free and 500 MB. for Internet.) So I said OK because it will be affordable to me. And she told me to give 300/- Rupees for security Deposit. so I paid 300/- rupees on 19/07/2013.So I took add-on connection for my wife. In that month I got the first bill of 1300/- Rupees. So I paid for the same. But in second month means in September I got a Bill of 9200/- approx. So I went to Vodafone store at Mangaldas Road. Pune. To give complaint that how is this possible. So he told me that your high extended of internet uses. actually add-on connection was using my wife and she doesn’t know how to use the internet connection. so how it will be possible to excess of internet connection.How will be possible. I told them I don’t want to continue the same number. or let me know to whom should I contact to clarify for the same. so he couldn’t reply anything to me. But that day no result was there so I came back and after couple of days I got a call from Vodafone call center One of your executive Mr. Sandeep Singh told me that I will try to do some discount. I will ask my seniors and I will contact you. He asked me how much you can pay me on against the bill so I told him 1200/- to 1500/- I can pay. After that day there was no reply. I waited for some more time. Then I told them the same story which I have been mentioned you now. Till know I didn’t get any service from Vodafone call center.

After that I got a call from Vodafone call center saying that you visit Vodafone store on 31/10/2013 we have been given the discounted to you. so I went to Vodafone store at Mangaldas Road. Pune. on 31/10/2013. and I asked him what happen with my bill. so he told me that there is no discount has been mentioned so I told him what should I do. so Mr. Pervez who was there to attend me and told me that there is now discount for you. so he told me sir you will get the call again from Vodafone call centre then you speak to them. but I didn’t get any reply from them. On 2/11/2013 I got a call from Vodafone Executive Mr. Ajinkya he told me the same story. I told him that i can’t pay the amount what Vodafone has mentioned for me. Because this amount is not affordable to me. so again he told me that I will talk to my senior and I will speak to you. Till know there is no reply. So please tell me what should I do.
