We hire Mehar services to provide male nursing facility to take full care of 64 year old patient in Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital, Bangalore. Accordingly we paid registration fees of Rs. 1000/- and advance one month salary of Rs. 13000/- in cash on 07/01/2015 vide receipt no. 1207. Mr. Abhilash, owner of the firm was supposed to provide us service from 8th Jan 2015 but there was no male nurse or representative on behalf of this firm. He continuously avoiding our messages and phones, infact his office staff also telling us lie that the person will be there in few minutes. After waiting for 2-3 days we went to his office on 10th Jan 2015 for enquiring about our service, he started shouting on us. After seeing his behavior we request him to refund our money as he is not able to provide us services. He agreed for the cancellation and immediately refunded Rs. 1000/-in cash and Rs. 13000/- back dated cheque (Sep 2014). At that time we understood that he is a fraud and don’t want to refund our money, we argue a lot and asked him to refund our money at the earliest. Finally he agreed to return our money by evening in cash in Narayana Hrudayalaya only. Then around 17.43 he message us and inform that he is waiting for the money from someone as soon as he will get the money he will immediately refund us. He continuously send us messages and asked us to wait, infact in one message he said us that he is not running with our 13K etc. Finally he gave us cheque of Rs. 13000/- on 12th Jan at 4 p.m.in NH Hospital. We deposited the cheque in bank on 13th Jan and on 16th Jan we received message from bank for dishonour of cheque. We message him about dishonour of cheque due to insufficient fund and requested him to refund our money in cash immediately but he did not reply. We have keep asking him about our money but always he makes excuses and avoids us. Infact he also said that its a bank’s mistake not his mistake that his cheque got dishonour.
As my father Mr. S.M. Bansal was admitted in Narayayana Hospital for 20 days, i was badly in need of fully dedicated male nurse who can take care of him. As i have already paid full advance money to this nursing facility, i also could not arrange another one, because i was waiting for my money. Due to this problem my mother was used to stay with my father in day and at night i was used to stay. My mother is also 64 year old lady and she has to face lot of difficulties to take care of my father. I can’t take lot of leaves from office so in day hours i have to be in office. Due to this we have to pay lot of money in autos and buses as sometime my wife has to come, sometime my mother, infact sometime i also have to come from office. After spending lot of money we all went from lot of mental pressure. We always feel cheated by Mehar Services.
