Sir, i have booked consignment no v20499835 from fort mumbai branch on 22 jan 2015 at 1027 hrs through dtdc national blue courier, promising a two day delivery. The package was supposed to be delivered to ms reddy, mcera-ii, ins virbahu, naval base, visakhapatnam-530014, ph no 9441344848 however the package is not delivered till now i.e 1400 hrs on 27 jan 15, ideally the package should have been delivered on 24 jan 15 evening at least. I have written to dtdc india on face book page on 25 jan 15 at 0934 am “please deliver consignment v20499835” their response on 27 jan 15 at 0938 am “mr.a shravan kumar, we deeply regret for the inconvenience caused, request you to share the complete destination address along with the contact number to check further.” this is the same reply to evry problem which has been raised on facebook. Posts on dtdc india page can be checked. I took following action/ complaint today: i tried to contact cc at hyderabad and vizag they were not piccking up calls.

I contacted the last sighted (booking)office on 9542388388, theyt failed to address my concern. I posted my concerns to their facebook page. Details are as follows:- “your customer care at hyderabad 040-30947201, 040-30947200 vizag area office 0891-2764128,2764129 and vizag gajuwaka franchisee where the package is located 08912548951 and 9542388388 did not respond for my calls. Not picking up after a long busy tones 9542388388 picked up by a lady, i explained the problem and she said the package was out for delivery, which was not delivered till 1345 hrs as on 27 jan 15. I asked her to register a complaint and forward a complaint no. Which she did not do and hung me up for 6 minutes stating and discussing with co-workers, that is not their branch problem but it is of sriharipuram. First of all i need a an explanation why the package was not delivered in 2 buisiness working days. I booked it on 22 jan 15 at 1027. It was supposed to deliver at least by 25 jan 15 evening. Which did not do. Please forward a complaint no against this complaint and give me a valid reason/ reply. Mr gangadhar from vizag franchisee gajuwaka on 9542388388 hung me up for another 10 minutes and no progress on complaint booking.”
