I got a call from Mr. Rajiv Singh from Merabazzar.com explaining the tour package details and an assured free gift. I got the same confirmation in writing and paid the amount of Rs. 3999/- through my credit card. A mail confirmation from them confirming receipt of amount is with me. Therafter my ordeal started. They did not deliver on their promise and started making excuses daily. Fed up I asked them for refund which they assured in writing. It is more than 20 day I am following it up with them, but they are simply giving me lame excuses. Request to help me in getting back my refund. Regards Manojit Ghosh
