Airtel Bill Pay is one of the Worst Developed Web services by IBM while executing Work for Bharti Airtel Ltd. If given an opportunity to Audit the System, I can uncover 100s of Critical Bugs. What is the guarantee that Customer Data is not Stolen by Hackers from these Poorly Deployed Production Systems ?

I went to pay the Bill, first of all this stupid portal doesn’t maintain session data and when clicked on Pay Bill it said some Webseal Error and I had to re-login. When re-logged in and paid the bill by credit card, it gave an error message as captured in the screenshot below.

Kavin Mittal You must go ahead and Sue IBM for putting your customer to hardships when you have paid Billions of Dollars to this Worthless piece of shit company.
