Complaint no. 22031/9004047131. I booked a Meru cab in Mumbai. 5 minutes before the cab was supposed to arrive, they sent an SMS, which had written driver name etc etc. The last sentence, they mentioned Meru Flexi provided (WHICH I DO NOT READ BECAUSE I READ ONLY NOTIFICATIONS). No other intimation that they had provided me a costlier taxi. And they charged me Rs 200 for 1 km. When I filed a complaint, they replied that we already sent an SMS to you. So it is my duty to check all the sms sent by them. Fraudsters.
Financial damage: Rs 200 Loss of time for calling and following-up without any solution Mental harassment caused by first doing the fraud and then not responding in a proper way, not taking any responsibility of the fault.
