Philips India Poor Customer Service

I would like to draw the attention of philips “sleeping” management towards their poor class of customer service support. I had bought philips the bend headphones which are having a warranty period of 2 years , but when they stopped working and i went to philips service cetre at ahmedabad “ aalap serrvice centre at swastik cross raods , they rejected my request stating that the warranty period of the product was only 6 months , after that i went to take my request to mr. Gurudeep , who is the service head of the gujarat region , but i got the same reply from him. After that on making him talk with the online customer representative he agreed to take my request. What kind of service head is one who does not even know the warranty period of a product and who needs a customer to tell him that which product is under warranty and which is not . So he accepted my headphones for replacement on 24th february and informed me that it would take 10 days for the replacement . And today is 5th of april and what i have got till now is hollow prmises.

In this long long period of around 40 days i have called the service ccentre for 6 times visited the service centre 4 times (as mr. Gurudeep’s phone is out of reach or busy ) called mr gurudeep atleast 40 times as per the assurances given to me by mr. Gurudeep my replacement had 2 times left from the philips depo , 1st on 24th of march and 2nd on 2nd on april but had still not reached ( i think that philips is using bullock-carts for transporting their goods or they think that their customers are big big fools ). The whole time i have been getting false assurances that i will get my product by next 2 days but now i am sure that that two days are never going to end . On being fed by the false assurances of mr. Gurudeep and on loosing complete hope in him , i mistakely asked him that i would like to talk to his senior and the best part is that mr. Gurudeep replied “ there is no one above him , he’s at the top …lol…rip philips . Now as per me, all philips service centres need is 2 – 3 short temperd customers who to end such a scam by their service heads .
