I bought Aquaguard water purifier online. There was a problem in the online site and it showed me the below error message 500 INVALID ACTION Some problem occurred while processing your request. So, I tried again to order I got the same error message again. Actually what happened was both the payments were successful and I got the email confirmation for both the transactions. Amount is also debited from my account for both the transactions. After that I received a mail saying one of your order was cancelled. I called the customer support immediately to confirm what happened. They directed me to contact the area sales manager. I called him and he confirmed that one of my order was cancelled and I will get the refund within 7 days. After some days I received 2 units of aquagurad from eureka forbes. I was confused and contacted the area sales manager he said one of the unit was delivered wrongly and he took that unit. I made so many phone calls to the customer support but they are telling that ‘we are not responsible please contact the sales manager’. Made so many calls to that area manager he is telling ‘we didn’t receive the money’. Escalated this issue to his superior but the response is same. Contacted my bank customer care they are telling the payment was made to the beneficiery. I am following up the issue but refund is not credited into my account till now. Issue2: Eureka Forbes Limited representative who came to our house for demo collected Rs.1000 as advance and he said he will refund that if you order the unit in online. I didn’t get the refund till now. For this issue I had to contact the same sales manager and he said I gave the refund money as cheque to the representative. But I didn’t receive any cheque till now.

I want the below 1.Refund for the order which was cancelled(Rs.16490) 2.Advance refund from the representative(Rs.1000) 3.My mobile bill(Rs.500) 4.Interest for all the above 5.Penalty for the time which I spent to follow up the issue
