This is regarding the refund of the order number-7206756 . I have purchased 5 items as mentioned below worth Rs 1623 on May 30,2014. Attached is the mail (Name -Gmail – Order Details from Yepme) for the same. Order Id : 7206756 Expected delivery date : June 06, 2014 Mode Of Payment : Credit Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 1623 Your order details : Product Quantity Size Yepme Hedie Floral Top – Green 1 Top Size-M Yepme Avril Pants – Pink 1 Pants Size-30 Yepme Phoebe Printed Kurti – Orange and Yellow 1 Kurti Size-S Yepme Orsolo Printed Kurti – Black 1 Kurti Size-M Yepme Orsolo Printed Kurti – Black 1 Kurti Size-M Yepme Annalisa Solid Top – White and Pink 1 Top Size-M Out of the above items ,i have returned the 5 items and kept one product with me (approximately 300 rupees) . After return i have got only Rs 891 as refund on 7th July 2014 .Attached is the mail for the HDFC statements for the same (MS.+RIMBIKA+KUMARI-13062014+-+12072014.unlocked) Rest (1623-891-Kurti price) amount i have not received till date. I had contacted customer care many times regarding the refund but always they said that they will initiate the” call back” but it didn’t happen and till date i have not got my money. I have contacted customer care so many times but they never responded in proper way and i am completely fed up with the response. Based on the your careless response ,i have decided to raise a complaint in within 3 days to “consumer court ” regarding the same.

I want my money back and going forward this kind of thing should not happen with any one.
