I have bought new micromax A16 on 10 june 2013. In less than a one month phone is malfunctioning and camera was not working. I gave it to the customer care. Then they told me after 15 to 30 days max it will be done. After giving I went there for 4 to 5 times and after more than 30 to 40 days they give me with some another second hand parts fitted into it.It is also not working. They told me that company is giving this type of product so what can we do?? I again give them for service and till now after so many visit to shop i cant get proper answer. They tell me like that they have no responsibility and tell me that if you cant wait then take it back.

I want a new phone with a same year warranty back and compensation also for this mental and economical losses.
