Micromax A250 Customer Care Call – Review

My phone stopped working within one year. I submitted my phone (Micromax A250) at the above mentioned S3 Communications service centre for repairing on 6th September 2014. Since that day I have not received my phone back. When ever I call the Service centre number, either no one picks the phone else I am told that it is with the head office for repairing. I tried calling the Micromax customer support a couple of times. Every time with a minimum hold time of 25 minutes. A couple of times the customer service representative would just disconnect the call or hang up. Out of frustration, I would call back again and ask for a supervisor or an Escalation manager, but was never transferred. Surprisingly, I am assuming there is no one at Micromax who will address a customer issue on priority. Attached is the jobsheet, my sister Rose submitted the phone at service center.

It is causing a lot of inconvenience to live without a phone. I am unable to carry out my day to day work. Also it is a headache to run behind these people all the time and even their response is pathetic.every department of theirs keep blaming each other and they have no idea where my phone is.I have to do a lot of work, attend calls, meetings via my phone, which is on hold because of this issue.
