Snapdeal Must Investigate Product Shipping Department

I have ordered Omron Hem-7120 Blood Presure Monitor from Snapdeal on 28-Oct-2014, and the product was supposed to be delivered on 10-Nov-2014. OrderId: 3365200965 From 11-Nov-2014, I am complaining about this to snapdeal, but nothing is happening so far. They have registered the complaint, and every time I call they say, our team will get touch asap. I don’t think they are interested in to deal with the issue.

I just want that order to be cancelled and Snapdeal shall return my money asap, as I ‘ll buy from somewhere else who can deliver it.
