I purchased a MICROMAX A114 mobile in March 2014. It got damaged on 23 Sep. 2014, I submitted it to the authorized service center of Micromax on 24 Sep. 2014. I was told that the mobile needs specialized repairs and will be sent to MICROMAX for repairs. The maximum time for this will 45 days. Till date I have not received my mobile set repaired. Whenever I approach the service center, they inform me that it will take 10-12 days more. I have not yet received any fixed date of return. It has been very difficult for me work without my regular mobile and it is seriously hampering my work and personal life. Also, visiting service center again and again is a harassment for me as I have to take leave from my office to specially inquire about my mobile phone.
