Dear Sir/Madam I have purchase a Mobile Micromax A76 from FM & co. on 24.11.2013 after few month mobile Touch Paid not working and also battery low i have given for repairing as above said service centre on 10.03.2014 they repaired after few days.after few days once again crate same problem. and submitted to service on 20.05.2014 and they repaired and given me on 06.06.2014 after two days once again same problem create and submitted on 09.06.2014 after 16 days i gone service centre they told me mobile not repaired now i was totally tired i have taken back my mobile without repairing i am facing this problem. from 10.03.2014 to till date they are not repairing properly not replying properly not replacing mobile my mobile is in warranty please do the need full as early take action against service centre and co.

i want back my money with penalty of harassment & take action against service centre & Co
