Team Snapdeal, Voltas Ac purchased from Snapdeal on 18th Feb 2014, reported many complaints regarding performance and finally Voltas authorized service centre people said Product has a manufacturing defect product that is why gas is leaking and cooling is not being done. They said thats why may be Snapdeal sold this AC as a part of deal as product was defective only. Voltas AC Toll free Complaint no- 14061801825 No of complaints and resolution before- 1) AC installation wasn’t properly done- service guy came and as per suggestion outlet was re-installed 2) 4 weeks before AC spilled out water from the indoor unit automatically while running in night – Service guy visited our house and change drainage pipe’s location 3) 2 weeks before AC was not doing cooling reported complaint on 18th June- Till date no resolution after too much following up with Voltas guy and now they declared this product as a Manufacturing Defect Product and can not be repaired. Please resolve the case ASAP and replace the same with new product, we will not accept the same product after repairing. Purchased from Snapdeal from the dealer Vardhman Electronics, When we called him he said Snapdeal only will replace he has no role in this purchase.

We want Replacement of the product As service guy suggested first of all this defect is irreparable secondly if repaired in any case will always create problem and gas will keep on leaking over the period of the time and can ruin Compressor and stabilizer unit as well.
