I subscribed for annual grand sports pack and paid Rs. 5011 for my first recharge on 22/09/2013.My annual pack was not activated and monthly pack of Rs.450 per month(Rs.15 per day) was activated costing me Rs. 5400 instead of Rs.4950. I called tatasky customer care so many times when i came to know about this but they said me that i should visit the dealer. I visited dealer so many times but didn’t get a resolution there also. My details are as follows: Subscriber id:1113597239 Registered mobile no.: 8130646XXX First Recharge Amount:Rs. 5011 First Recharge Date: 22/09/2013 My dealer said me to send a mail regarding this. I sent him a mail explaining the situation and providing my details. I am fed up of complaining at different places and want a speedy claim for this. Please help.
1) Pack to be upgraded till sept. 2) All the recharges i did after first year should be given back to me as i already subscribed for a year on 22/09/2013 and my pack was valid till 21/09/2014. 2) Rs. 10000 for all the time i gave for this problem. 3) Rs. 1000 against my dealer visit for 4 times. 4) Rs. 15 for my calls which i did to dealer.
