I gave my micromax A94 due to camera complaint on 28th oct 2014 at the time of warranty period. In spite of repeated contacts they gave false promises only.On contacting their toll free number(18605008xxx)it appears to be false number. Already two months has passed. because of this am experiencing difficulties on my studies as well as contacts to my house which is away from my study center. This is the case with many people who have given their phone for servicing.This is affecting my studies as well as mental stress.

Immediate action against the service center and replace me with a new phone
