Micromax Canvas Mobile Performance Review

I purchased and i was using Micromax canvas power A96 from 15 April 2014 ,it is not running properly from very first day. suddenly one day (28 Oct 2014) its switched off and only showing logo screen. i submitted this mobile in customer care center on 31/10/2014 with jobsheet number *W30200-1014-13063622*. That day CC Executive told me in 15 days we will repair this mobile and you can collect it. when i visited on given date he told me the device is not possible to repair we will give you same new mobile or higher version which is of same cost. From last two months i visited so many times but on every visit they are giving me next date with different different reasons. On 27/12/2014 also the executive gives me Wednesday’s date(31/12/2014). i also tried to contact toll free customer care on 18605008286 but this number is not working. i’m shocked how the reputed company like micromax is running without toll-free CC number. After that i called in Head office but no reply. now because of delay warranty period of my mobile is also running out so if again problem occurs with my mobile micromax will not consider this two month delay in warranty period. also i’ve contacted micromax’s senior Employee or ASM SANDIP 9270244XXX and i explained this issue with him but he is giving nonsense reasons in very rough language. So i have decided to file case against micromax in consumer court. now i don’t want that mobile. now i want refund.

i want refund with all the expenses which i spend.
