Micromax Canvas Spent 4 Months only on Repairs

Due to technical issues,my Micromax Canvas 4 ( A210) which I brought on 1st January(in warranty) is due for repair/ replacement in Micromax’s service center in borivli Mumbai(D.R.Telecom) since 20th September 2014. My phone was automatically switching on/off and one day suddenly stopped working.This is the second time I have to take my phone for repairs due to same issue.Even though, It is due for repairs for more than 17 weeks now. I want either my phone(Micromax canvas 4) replaced with new device or newer model of phone with higher specifications & Rs.50000/- as compensation for physical and mental trauma caused due to faulty working of micromax phones.
