Samsung Mobile Network Issues

i purchased Samsung brand new mobile from samsung cafe and from the first day i am facing network problem in mobile from any network provider and submitted mobile to service center(pooja mobiles and phone) for which they take the mobile for 2 days and updated software and gave it to me but the mobile is again giving such problems as same before and again they taking it for software issue though the samsung company policy is to issue a new mobile if any problem occurs in between 7 days of date of purchase.

again and again the service center manager asking for software update but actually mobile has to be replaced but they are not.
