Complaint against Micromax authorized service center M R enterprises G -19 B Main kalkaji market new delhi-19. regarding service problem of phone model no. A116 Canvas HD.

This is Vimlesh Chaudhary, From past 3 month i am facing such worst problems of services given by micromax company’s Authorized mobile service centers. The problem is that i bought a Micromax Smart Phone Canvas HD Model No. A116 on 13th of May 2013. After 10 days this phone got dead automatically, it wasn’t in working condition, So i decided to submit it to micromax Authorized service center for service this phone. I had submit my phone to Micromax company’s Authorized service center called M.R. Enterprises. Sir/Madam its been around 3 months, Micromax company’s Authorized service center is not giving any response about phone even they are not able to find my phone in their service center.
