Tata Indicom – Prepaid Conversion not done after the entire outstanding cleared

Dear Sir, I had given written request for prepaid migration of our data card dated on 10.07.2013 after paying all my outstanding of Rs.3236.00 vid HDFC cheque no.000660 They assure that the migration will be done within 4 business days, but now nearing one month they had not migrated my number. I contacted Mr.Rajesh Ph: 9282415901 frequently, he assure it will be converted within 3 days every time i called him. Now he is not responding my call. I had given email to tata nodal cell. But now they are asking to clear the balance around Rs.400/- and then we have to do their procedure from the scratch. Why i have to pay for the suspended data card no after i cleared all the outstanding of Rs.3236.00

I want my data card converted immediately. They have to be punished without mercy. They have to be fined for this false promises and cheating the consumers.
