Respected Sir, i had ordered a micromax canvas knight A350 on 24th march 2014 via micromax e-store. My order ID is 45846. micromax claimed to delivered the phone within 12-15 working days. However the order tracking site of micromax shows the estimated delivery date i.e. 3 april,2014. officials of micromax at consumer care helpline after 3 april used to say from last 2 weeks that phone will be delivered in next week & when i call them today they said we don’t knows when phone will be available in stock & we dont have any exact information regarding delivery of your phone. Kindly help me.

Kindly make my phone available in maximum 2-3 days.
