MicromaX India faulty Tablet and pathetic customer service

This is in reference to the faulty micromax tablet model funbook infinity p275 which was purchased on 16/03/2013.

Since the day the tablet is bought the tablet was freezing on operation , within the month of purchase the tablet was taken to your authorized service centre Tamana InfoTech based in Andheri east , Mumbai.The software reflash was done on the tablet an it was functioning properly.

On 01/04/2013 the tablet stopped charging and it was taken again to the same centre and I was informed that the charger has stopped functioning and it cannot be replaced as they were out of stock. Finally I got a replacement on 24/4/2013 and I was unable to use it for that time.

From 24/4/2013 to 01/10/2013 the tablet freeze 5 times for which I had taken the tablet to same service centre and got software re-flash done. Over here I would also like to mention that your service centre is understaffed , One has to sit their for more than 3 hours just to submit the faulty product as they accept the product on ‘first come first serve basis’ between 9 am to 3 pm and every time during these hours their are atleast 40 to 50 people in queue ( which I don’t wonder because of inferior quality of products).

On 5th October my tablet stopped working completely and after trying for 4 days finally my number came on 24th October 2013 . After checking the tablet they informed me that the motherboard of the tablet is faulty and this is the reason it has been freezing from day 1. The tablet is still with the service centre and it has not been repaired till date.

After doing constant follow up with Tamana InfoTech and lot of pursuing , They finally issued me a Job sheet no. W030242-1113-66121084 on 24th Nov , after keeping tablet with them for 1 month.

The tablet is still not repaired till date( 06/01/2013) and its been more than 2 months

Your Service centre people are not entering the data in computer to avoid creating backlog, they just give a stamp on the bill and I need to do follow up over the phone or in person. over the period of last 8 months I have hardly used the tablet for 3 months I have complained many times to your customer care over the phone but no action is taken, The customer services people are not even maintaining the records of the complaints Your product is very substandard and the services are pathetic. I have completely ran out of patience and ask you to do either of the following:-
1. replace my tablet with a new tablet of same or better model
2.refund the full amount of 4158/- paid for the tablet.
