The product that I had ordered against order number BD3048 was HGP and what I received was hair building fiber. My only request is to do a reverse pickup and return the money. I am not asking for something extra or unreasonable. Am I? This is been more than 15 days daily 4- 5 times a day I am calling number on number 09971527758, 08527134517 and 08527134732. People does not pick the call and who picks respond in such a rude manner as if they are been payed to insult the customer. It totally took the peace of my mind.. People doesn’t respond even though I tried mailing at Complaint Head . Let me know what steps I can take to get my money refunded. Thanks, Sunil Patel
