Sir i had purchased micromax x288 dual sim mobile(Black + green colour) 08/01/2013 from SHAN MOBILE COMMUNICATION (A-622, SEC-11, VIJAY NAGAR , GHAZIABAD ) and bearing imei of my mobile is 911150654045179/911150659045174 sir my complaint is that today(13/12/2013) i visited micromax service center which is located at PLOT NO. 7, FF, CENTRAL MARKET, NEAR OLD BUS STAND, OPP SIHANI CHOWKI, AMBEDKAR ROAD, GHAZIABAD – 201001 and problem is that in my mobile charging socket is not working.

I met over there one of the employee and told him about my problem but he had broken that socket and said that it is already broken and instead of repairing it under warranty, he suggested me to get it repaired in any general mobile shop and totally avoided my problem. This is very bad and careless manner when i talked to manager his name is aadesh chauhan so he refused to entertain me.

It is my humble request to you please resolve my problem as much as possible i am really very disappointed to MicroMax. and got very unbelievable result.
