One day a sales executive named hriday narayan singh came from HDFC Bank branch shahganj district jaunpur came to me and he told me that i have an offer in which you have to deposit 1 lac rupees just for opening a recurring deposit A/C and i gave him 1 lac rupees on 24/10/2011 he gave me a slip for that and the slip A/c no. is 22442990000025 and he told me that according to this policy of HDFC LIFE you will start to get 10,000 rupees every month from the next year but he had done fraud to me there was nothing as such happend to me after that and after repeatedly keep on asking regarding the policy detail and the benefits of policy the executive as well as the branch were just trying to delay all the things and the were not giving any information regarding my policy of HDFC LIFE and though i keep on asking for the passbook and other details from the hdfc branch officials as well as the that sales executive hriday narayan singh particularly.
After that when the bond came to me after 5 months of taking the policy then i came to know that i was misinterpret ate and i was cheated and deceived by the sales executive hriday narayan singh because in the bond it was mentioned that the amount of one lac is been invested in some kind of insurance policy for which i have not been any information from either the bank as well as the sales person and now my money has been blocked particularly and i am in a real trouble and mess and the second thing is that the signature also is not mine on the documents and the slips related to the policy because i haven’t signed those documents for sure so these people have manipulated my signature also the have just scanned my signature and just printed it on the documents or the application form of the policy of HDFC BANK LIFE POLICY.
It would be very helpful for me if you take some immediate action regarding this matter i am giving you 15 days time after 15 days i will complain this matter to the IRDA and will file a case against HDFC BANK as well as HDFC LIFE .
so please do something in this matter at the earliest and revert me within 15 day .
