XOLO Mobile SmartPhones Worst After Sales Service – A Review

I purchased XOLO Q700 smartphone on 07/10/2013. After almost one month, it started showing notification as “Your battery is over temperature. Please remove your battery” continuously even after removing the battery for half an hour many times. Issue was most prominent when I used to be in cool areas (A.C.) I took the phone to XOLO service center (F1 Services at Charniroad, Mumbai) on 23/11/2013. I was told that there is problem in mother-board and phone will be repaired within 12 working days. (Work-order no. – 310000159849) After continuous follow-up, on 05/12/2013, I was told that phone is repaired and will come within 2-3 days to service center. Even after many days from then, I have not received my cellphone.

Every time I called service center, they promised call me in few minutes to confirm the status of phone; but never turned back. Today on 13 Dec. 13, when I called XOLO customer care, they informed that my phone is already repaired and is dispatched to Service Center on 30th Nov’13 (POD No. 803111597784) and was delivered there on 2nd Dec.13. Even then, service center rep. was telling that he doesn’t know the status. After informing him the POD no., he is now saying that the phone had reached without repairing, hence he re-sent the phone to XOLO repairing center. But he is not providing me the documented evidence pertaining to it. I smell some fraud or misconduct happening here.
