I have purchase a Micromax Tab p275 on 23rd Jun.and from the second day it is not working. I contacted with its service center M/S SATGURU COMMUNICATION,noida and they keep the phone with service center job sheet number :n04043906134250578 on 25th june and it has been around 20 days and i have visited 2 times but they keep saying that still it is not repaired.when i contacted with company they told me that the product has already shipped but service center is denying it.

i have vested my time 2-3 time visiting service center as well as as my important work is getting delayed due to non responsiveness of service center.

I want my my faulty product to be replaced as soon as possible
