bought a mobile HTC HD7 from seller Hi Fi 4 u on Ebay website. from the very first it started generating mistakes. seller asked me to ship it back, i shipped it twice but problem remains same. Now seller is not receiving phone call neither replying any Email. Ebay staff says they cant do anything regarding this matter.

I was not able to use the phone even after six months of purchase, have paid courier expenses from my pocket twice, have paid repairing expenses to seller and countless phone calls made to seller.

I want my money back which I paid to Ebay plus courier expenses and phone expenses which I paid.
