i purchased 1 set model x351 emi 911315557947660 on dated 28-11-2013 midday.from your distributor barnala punjab. from date of purchase i feel problem in the set in ring tone and speaker on play song and some others. due to personal work to me, myself is out of city for so many days, there is no service centre of your company. today when i come barnala, go your service centre to claim this for replace order [do],your service centre not issue me do, say today date is over to issue do. also not issued job sheet, because parts is also not available to replace. now, i request to you please change my set as early as urgent, its your manufacturing fault in the set
