Sun Digital TV – Not installing Dish after relocation

I am a consumer of Sun Direct since April 2013. Smart Card number: 42880372133 I recently relocated to another location within Bangalore and I raised a complaint on 1-Dec-2013 to install the Antenna at my new location and this has not been done till now ( 6-Dec-2013, 19:07). I have been calling atleast 4-5 times daily and they assure me of sending the technician by eod or will escalate my complaint to next level. This is happening since 1-Dec. 2 Technicians called me. Their numbers are 9663866814 and 08041110530 respectively. They are charging Rs.350 as installation cost and Rs.18/metre of Cable, whereas the actual rates as per Customer care is Rs. 150 installation cost and Rs. 12/metre of Cable. I would require atleast 30 metres of cable to be drawn from the antenna.

I want this to be done free of cost and 1 year of DTH Service (all channels including all Indian languages, English, Sports and movie channels) for free.
