Micromax – Mobile Manufacturing Defect service issue

I have visited one of Micromax service centre named :- M/S MOBI TECH, Chennai-45, on Saturday 25/10/2014, regarding “Power on problem” of Macromax Mobile Phone Model A177(B), IMEI No. 911362651094924, It took 2 hrs to reach service desk because of faulty token system, after that they took 2 hrs to identify the problem is not software but of Motherboard, and service centre manager telling me that it will take 35 days to get the spare and repairing it, so advised me to visit other service centre in valachery, chennai, where It will be done in 20 days. Adding to this she is saying that they undertake up to Level II services only. When I asked her about the standard procedure and time for this, she do not have any answer. Then I asked her to give me in writing whatever she said but refused to do the same, and provided me a Job sheet (S020357-1014-12950660, Dt 25/10/2014). PFA for your reference. I have asked for standby phone but that too refused. This is how your service centre people behave with customers. Anyways, I have not purchased phone to keep at service centre for months. Therefore request you to look into the matter and provide me a solution at the earliest.

1. Alternate phone cost Rs.4999/- 2. Existing phone Repaired/ replacement 3. Penalty Rs. 25000/- for Mental tension.
