I used a corporate vodafone number 8335033XXX. For my international use I had chosen vodafone 599/- international call pack for singapore , malaysia and thailand . Because of pathetic network not even a single call made through the number . Only the data usage was possible for a few times . The bill i received was of Rs. 14780/- which was exceeding y phone credit limit of Rs.9,000/-. As soon as I got to know i wrote email to vodafone care for the bill break up , which even after 2 months i have not received . I tried to lock the number but because it was unpaid blocking was not possible they said . I stopped using the number from last 60 days …. this month again I received a bil of 21,000/- which is a shock to me. I have informed the vodafone care in writing that i will not pay unless I got a break up , and will not pay what ever interest they charge.

I want the forum to check the genuinity of the bill and to see that I should not be pressurized to pay all the extra charges by vodafone.
