Mobile purchased vide invoice no. DEL20140700050492 DATE 03-07-2014. Screen Display lost on 05-09-2014 within warranty period. Submitted to M/s Cariano Telecom (Micromax Service Center), 302, 3rd Floor Manglam Place, Sector-3, M2K Rohini, New Delhi-110085 under jobsheet no. N031657-0914-11985431 on date 05-09-2014. SMS Message received from Micromax Company on 15-09-2014 that your handset is repaired and may be collected from the service center. More than 30 days have gone but handset not returned by the service center and now they have stopped receiving calls and turned off their mobiles. I doubt that the service center has sold my set to someone else. Please help me to get back my handset or its cost along with compensation.
