Micromax Mobile Non Functioning – Warranty Claim

My Brother had purchased Micromax Mobile Phone April 02, 2014 as scuh my warranty will expire soon. I would like to inform you that when we have purchased this phone their was network issue on phone as such CDMA network was not showing, Thus we made a complaint to Mira Road serivce centre and they took my phone for two month after which they returned it still problem was not solved completely but atleast i was able to use it so i didn’t complaint again. Later after few days the charging slot started giving me problem i.e. It was not getting connected easily i still used it but then the charging started draining continuously. If I charge my mobile for 5-6 hrs charging it get drained withing 2 -3 hrs which is ridiculous, further recently the headset slot is not working as such none of the handsfree device is connecting in my cell. Even speaker and camera are of poor quality pictures are very bad and song volume is very low. I went today i.e. March 30, 2015 on mira road service centre I reached their at 9.55 as timing is 10 am to 6.30 p.m. my token number was 1 and your executives called me at 10.22 it means for 22 minutes their was no concerned person to resolve my query after that they opened my whole phone don’t know what they did but after that it is not switching on but they are not ready to accept my query they said that my mother board is damaged because of which my charging slot, handsfree slot and even speaker are not working properly. I asked them to solve this but they were not accepting my request not even giving me any written letter for the same. your service centre people’s are pathetic they are not on time first of all and even not listening to query of us and they denied to accept my mobile saying that as their is physical damage so we will not resolve the same phone in warranty but their is no scratches in my phone which proves that it never had been damaged or fall from my hand . I woluld have appreciated if atleast they have proved that damage was from my side so they are not accepting my query but their was no valid reason given to me for not accepting my complaint. I felt insulted over their I think my fault was to purchase this micromax phone. I am sure that will never purchase this companies phone again if my problem is not resolved soon. so why you are not accepting my complaint and resolving my query.

I think if my query is not resolved than i will prefer to complaint to consumer forum for the same although the same mail is been CC to them also so they also know about your services.

I believe my complaint would be resolved or valid reason will be given to me as soon as possible before I take any stringent action against this company. I am attaching my mobile purchasing bill and Token receipt form which proves that I had went to service center today.
