I have been sold micromax A075 mobile on April 2014, but after four month its battery got died, its battery charged only within 15 mins and it works only 1 hours. On 09 Sep 20014, I went to micromax service centre Manimajra Chandigarh and there service man said battery has died, it can be replaced by new one and he registered the complaint ( complaint no. is N090256-0914-12058350 ) and tell me, new battery will be coming within 7 days but till date I am not received battery and no call from service center. I am trying many time call there number i.e. 01725016290 but every time it engage, I think my number is blacklisted. I am trying called them by another number and they received my call by another number but not my number which is register in service center Manimajra Chandigarh. After they received my call and said our battery coming within 15 days but 15 days also gone. And battery not received .

I am facing problem because my all data and document in my mobile but it not work due to battery not received .

Please do the needful. Another I am going to consumer court regarding your service and hassesment.
