YouBroadband Connectivity is Terrible – No Customer Care

YouBroadband COMPLAINT NO: 2014080900681 Had Paid Internet Charges for a Year in advance, after one month of Usage, Net Got Disconnected, Later they said its a Box Issue, Now they say its not Box issue, Delayed the issue for 40 days of now, No Responsibility from the Managers / Technician They Neither Provide the Service Nor Refund the Paid amount. Even after daily Repeated Complaints to Call Center ,they are habituated with false promises and dragging the issue without limits.

I demand that they Either Refund the amount OR provide Service.
